Unfortunately now that actor -Paul Walker- is far to old for the role...
My favourite Paul so far has bee Chase Crawford but there's somethig about him that stops him from being the PERFECT Paul but I would't mind if he got casted - or someone like him- got casted for the part.

Also in my head I always pictured Suze to be like Michelle Rodriguez as she is well known having a great mix of brawn and beauty. She can easily pull off tough, independent roles but still have a feminine side to her.

First of all I'm not a Twilight fan of the books or the movie (no offense to anyone who is) so that's not why I picked Robert Pattinson. I definitely can see why you don't like him for Paul and I totally respect that. I just like the dangerous vibe that he gives off. He's actually not my first idea for Paul. There's this actor Johnny Pacar but he's 27 so I think he's to old. But then again by Hollywood's standard he could play him. But sometimes I get sick of 30 year old people playing teenagers. You know? Anyway, it's not like it matters because it's not like we're actually casting it.

I agree with you. Rob also did a good job in The Haunted Airman, but as Edward IMO he could only bring half the character to the table. He was missing the sullen, jaded badassness that he actually kinda had in THA, so I don't know if he missed a memo or what. Obviously, he shouldn't have been hired just based on a love scene (part of why I'm secretly glad that Hardwicke got the boot). Personally I wanted Toby Hemingway as Edward (he was perfect in The Covenant).

But I digress...

Shane West is AMAZING! He did a fabulous job in a Walk To Remember (awwww, he was amazing in it.) but that's all i can say ive seen him in. Ive think ive had a glimpse at him in E.R (that is the right show right? gah, there are so many of those doctor shows now. E.R, Grey's Anatomy, Scrubs,) but i think he's to old for Paul. <_< also the fact that i dont think he looks anything like Paul. lol. but if they could magically make him look like Paul i think he would do an AMAZING job at acting him out. :hyper:

what I think they should do is pick someone 15 years old to play suze. Also I think this year would be a good year to start casting even if the script is not done.Also I think they should film 2 movies a year For Example:
Fall 2009- March 2010 Shadowland & Ninth Key
May 2010-August 2010 Reunion & Darkest Hour
October 2010-Febuary 2011 Haunted and Twilight
The reason I think this woulb work is because it usually takes about 6 months to film a movie.
What do you think?

^ I don't think it takes six months for the actual filming, but they do have to do the editing and all the other technical stuff where they put all the movie together, which would take a long time. It usually takes about a year, so I'm not sure it will work

Okaaayyyyyyy. I KNOW this is weird but I always thought of Enrique Iglesias as Jesse. Ok, STOP judging me. Haha. Actually, when I read the book, I couldn't imagine ANYONE except Jesse. Oh, and Suze's mom as that actress from the 70's show. The one with the blonde hair playing the mom. Ohohoh, and Suze's real dad as the guy acting in Harry Potter as Harry's dad. I know I'm weird. I'm not too keen on the whole picking someone who is 15 and unknown because you probably won't find someone who has the chops to handle such a meaty role. We all know that Anne Hathaway wasn't 14 when she played Mia for the first time.

I like that filming schedule, but I think that they should limit themselves to 3 movies with each movie being 2 books and have them come out with a year and a half break in between each.

Another Father Dom suggestion is John Slattery. Can't believe that I didn't think about it before because I am a Mad Men fan. All he needs are some contacts:

I think it's in the first book when Father Dom's in the hospital that Suze waxes poetic on why it's weird that he's a father (and celibate) because he seemed to have been too much of a hottie back in the day to really want/need to be celibate (like he probably wouldn't have had trouble finding a wife).
