If Airhead bacame a movie and you are casting director, who would you cast?

Well, for me it would be difficult

since there would be the need two actresses two act as one Em as Em and then Em when she's Nikki

Lulu: Easy Paris Hilton, okay kidding. Although, Paris would fit in looks wise, I like Lulu and wouldn't want that bad of an actress to play her (see Paris's other films). Although, I sometimes find her annoying I think Hillary Duff might make a good Lulu (she has the look, see Material Girls, yet she has the sweetness that's needed for Lulu).

Em: Amber Tamblyn (the look seems right, especially when she plays Tibby in the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants movie (minus the blue streaks in the hair).

Niki: I like the girl who's on the American cover, yet I don't know if she can act so maybe Blake Lively(?) she's tall enough, pretty enough, and blonde enough.

Chistopher: I would say Chad Michael Murray, but he's too old and too obvious look wise. The other guy I would suggest is Jacob Young (with long hair, yet once again way too old, so I don't know).

Gabriel Luna: That hot chef guy/ Anne Hathaway's boy friend in The Devil Wears Prada, Adrian Grenier (Meg didn't state his age, so I think he would be okay

Brandon Stark: Chace Crawford, even though he's my ideal Paul Slater I think he would also be a good Brandon, I mean look at his character on Gossip Girl.

Em's parents: Robin Williams (think Flubber, absent minded professor type guy) and Jamie Lee Curtis (I have a professor who sort of looked like her, who I pictured to be Em's mom so...)

Frida: This one's difficult, does Amber Tambyln have a younger sister, if so then she can play her or Lacey Chabert (even though she's probably way too old to play Frida now, so I'd probably have to say an unknown).

Whitney: Sara Paxton, she played a pretty good mean girl in Sydney White (although, she might make a better Nikki lookwise). Lindsay Lohan would also be a good choice too, I guess, even though she's another young celebutante I can't stand. I mean, Mean Girl is her token role she could really sink her teeth in this part and it would give her career the boost it despeartly needs (although, I can't see Lindsay playing a supporting role, but this would be a good supporting role).

FYI, Lulu is biracial. Sorry if that wasn't clear in the book. I thought it was, with her cafe au lait skin (her blonde hair is bleached). I leave it up to you readers to imagine which races (I always like to let readers decide for themselves). But Paris would be totally inappropriate. No white girls allowed to play Lulu--although I suppose half-white actresses who could play her. But really, she could be any race...just not white.

I think Lulu could be played by Carrie Moten. I can't find her picture right now, she isn't really famous she is just a radio show co-host but is biracial (like me) and has blondish hair.
All of the other characters are unclear for me.

Hope it's not somehow insulting, or anything like that.

P.S. Awesome book so far! I was so happy to have a new Meg book delivered yesterday - I couldn't wait another week until my local bookstore had it!

For Nikki Howard: I agree Blake Lively would be a fabulous Nikki. And she can definitely act! However, I do like Em. C (I think that was the name of the girl on the cover) as well! But Blake I know would do a great job as Nikki!



As for Brandon Stark: I think Chace Crawford would do pretty well...what do you think? He might just need to shorten his hair a bit for the movie though.



Justin Bay: I'm not sure what he looked like, but I think Zac Efron would play this role well



Christopher Maloney: I think William Moseley would play a good Christopher. He's got incredible looks, but they don't stand out as much.....I think it's the perfect fit


Whitney Robertson: I think that Rachel McAdams would be great for this role! She's played a similar role in Mean Girls and she did an amazing job. Her acting is also top notch!



Lindsey Jacobs: Well Lacey Shabert played one of the sidekicks to Rachel McAdams in Mean Girls and I think they made a fabulous team!

A lot of these actors would be perfect as the characters in Airhead. I think Emma Watson would be a perfect Nikki, and I think Vanessa Hudgens might (might being the key word) be a good Lulu. She certainly looks the part; I'm just still kind of unsure about the versatility of her acting ability.

But he can't look outstandingly gorgeous, because otherwise, Whitney wouldn't have overlooked him at first. So it's hard to find the perfect person.

I have quite a few comments. Nikki has blue sapphire eyes described in the book, unless the girl just plainly wears colored contacts. And Lulu has bleached blonde hair and coffee colored skin.
